SHIPPING
We ship to Spain and international destinations.
Spain
Shipping cost: €4.50
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
International
Shipping cost: €12
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
The total delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service used.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information to check the status of your shipment.
The stated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Justom Company’s control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, periods of high demand, or customs controls.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
The prices shown in our store include the applicable taxes that correspond during the checkout process.
For international orders, the destination country may apply import taxes, duties, or other customs charges that are not included in the order price.
When these charges apply, they will be the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS
We know that buying clothing online is not always easy: a size may not fit as expected, or you may simply change your mind.
For this reason, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to online purchases.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in suitable condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must retain its tags and original packaging where applicable.
Who pays for the return shipping?
For returns due to a change of size, change of product, or personal decision, the direct costs of returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
As an independent brand, this measure allows us to maintain our prices and continue growing together with our community.

SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or would like a different product, you can:
- Request a return for the original product.
- Send it following the instructions we provide.
- Once the return has been processed, place a new order for the size or product you want.
The new order will be subject to the corresponding shipping costs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transport, or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us at info.justom@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and, if possible, photographs of the product.
In these cases, we will review the situation and cover the applicable costs necessary to resolve the issue.
Our goal is for you to receive exactly what you expected from Justom Company.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the return has been accepted.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed upon.
In the event of withdrawal, the applicable payments will be refunded in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the costs of standard delivery where applicable. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option available will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within the legally established timeframes.
IMPORTANT
Returned products must arrive in suitable condition. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the product when the handling of the product has gone beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Products that are personalized or made specifically according to the customer’s instructions may be subject to legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
